Question Move/Copy Feature is now supported at Topic level. (Aug-2024)This feature is useful for institutes who are maintaining their own question banks on LearnMagica. Questions are often the same for multiple exams – like MHTCET and JEEMains. Institutes need not re-enter in the respective boards. They can use the Move/Copy feature to manage the Question Bank.

Import Curriculum - Board, Class, Subject, Chapter, Topic (July-2024)This feature is very helpful for institute who are creating their own question bank on LearnMagica for the first time. Instead of manual entry, user can now import the curriculum details from an easy to edit excel file – just fill in the details of board, class, subject, chapters, topics in an excel file and import it in one shot.

Support for Student Time ZoneIf an institute has students spread across different time zones, then this feature will help them conduct tests easily without any additional manual work. The student’s time zone is saved while doing student registration and the test listing is shown to students based on their time zones.

Added support to schedule test start and test end Date/Time (Mar-2024)This is done to support typical exams that are conducted in schools – which have a fixed start and end time. For example, if you set the test time from 9am to 12pm on a specific date, then the student test will automatically get submitted at 12pm (even if the student has started the test at 9:30am or 10am, and even if the student is still attempting a question at 12pm).

Enable test submission at a fixed duration before Test End time (Mar-2024)This is also used in schools where student MUST attempt the test for a minimum duration – they CANNOT submit the test BEFORE a certain time. So if Test Submit time is set to 30min before Test End time and the test is scheduled for 9am to 12pm, then the Submit button will be enabled at 11:30am. The student will NOT be able to submit the test before 11:30am.

In this case, there is not limit on the duration of the test and students can see the correct answer of the Questions immediately after they attempt the question. This is VERY useful for students to use as practise tests to prepare themselves for specific topics.
The messages and icons (smileys) shown to students for correct and wrong answers can be configured by institute admin.

If you want to enter questions from a text book, you need not type the text – you can just click a picture, select it in OCR to convert the image to text.

Complete result analysis of PDF Tests is available on student side as well as on admin side.

Whatsapp Integration (Jun-2022)Institutes can now communicate with students using Whatsapp which is by far the most accepted channel of communication. The integration is done using Gupshup – all Whatsapp templates must be approved by GupShup.

Test Reminder Notification through SMS and Whatsapp (Jun-2022)Admin can set a time duration for test reminder while creating the test. For example, if admin sets test reminder duration to 30minutes, then students will receive a notification 30 minutes before the test start time – to remind them about the upcoming test.
